We only collect information you choose to send us. We do not run advertising trackers, we do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not buy or sell contact data.
We do not ask for and do not want payment card details, government ID numbers, or any sensitive personal information through this website.
We use the information you submit to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, review a trade account application, arrange samples, process and ship an order, and keep the commercial and shipping records a business is required to keep.
Where the UK or EU General Data Protection Regulation applies to you, our lawful bases are steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, performance of a contract once you order, our legitimate interest in responding to trade enquiries and running the business, and legal obligation for export, customs and accounting records. Where we rely on consent — for example if you ask to be kept informed about new products — you can withdraw it at any time.
We do not use your details for automated decision-making or profiling.
This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, social media pixels or cross-site tracking of any kind. No consent banner is shown because there is nothing to consent to.
The site is verified with Google Search Console, which reports how the site appears in Google search results. It does not place cookies on your device and does not identify you.

We are based in Hong Kong SAR and work with manufacturing partners in mainland China and service providers in other countries, including the United States. If you contact us from the UK, the European Economic Area, Canada or elsewhere, your information will be transferred outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses with our service providers, and we limit each transfer to the information actually needed.
Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept for up to 24 months, so we can pick up the conversation if you come back to us, and then deleted. Where an order is placed, the commercial, export and accounting records are kept for 7 years as required by Hong Kong law. You can ask us to delete your details sooner and we will, unless we are legally required to keep a specific record.
You can ask us to give you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, restrict how we use it, object to our using it, or send it to another provider in a portable format. You can also withdraw consent where consent is what we relied on.

These rights are given by the UK and EU GDPR where they apply to you, and by the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance in all cases. If you are in the UK or EEA and are unhappy with how we have handled a request, you have the right to complain to your national data protection authority; in Hong Kong, to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data.
The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. Access to enquiry records is limited to the people who need it to do their job. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach ever affects your data we will notify you and the relevant authority where the law requires it.
This website is aimed at businesses buying at wholesale volume. It is not directed at consumers or at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us their details, write to us and we will delete them.
