What We Provide
We do not publish a fixed list of certifications, because a certificate only means something in the market it was issued for. Instead we work with you: tell us the destination country and the requirement your project has to meet, and we arrange the testing and documentation against that standard.
Fire retardant and UV resistant grades are available across the greenery panel and turf ranges. Rather than claiming a blanket certification, we identify the standard that applies where your project is being installed and arrange testing to that standard before production.
Whatever documentation exists for the specific items on your list is sent to you in writing with your quotation, so you and your end client can review it before anything is committed to production.
Material composition statements can be issued for the products you are ordering, and further declarations arranged where your market's import or building regulations call for them.
Where a project requires independent verification, testing can be arranged through an accredited laboratory at the buyer's instruction ahead of production.
Every order is inspected before it leaves the facility, covering colour consistency, panel density, backing integrity and carton count against the packing list.
Physical samples are shipped before bulk production so colour, density and finish can be signed off by you and your end client.
Important
A certificate issued in one country is not automatically recognised in another. Each market has its own testing regime, and some authorities only accept reports issued by a laboratory accredited in that country. This is why we treat certification as part of your order rather than as a claim on a web page.
At enquiry stage, tell us the destination country, the building or installation type, and the standard the authority signing off your project expects. If you are not sure what applies, tell us the project and we will help you work it out.
We work with the factory and, where the market requires it, an independent laboratory to have the products tested to that standard before production. Testing is quoted separately so you can see exactly what it costs.
No certification is guaranteed until the test report for your specific SKU has been issued and confirmed to you in writing. Nothing goes into production until you have seen the documentation your project depends on.
How We Work
Send us the SKU list you are considering and the destination market. We come back with the documentation status of each item, copies of whatever reports exist, and what testing would be needed — and at what cost — to meet the requirement where you are installing.
Common Questions
The answers buyers ask for most often, before the first order.
Tell us the building type and destination market and we will confirm which grades meet your requirement before you quote your client.
